ZOOM
The remote video conferencing platform announced that it has made its service free for K-12 educators for the time being. They've also lifted the 40-minute time limit for free accounts to make remote learning accessible for those who need it and have made getting started nice and easy.
 
 
FLIPGRID
Using the Flipgrid app, students can create short videos that correspond with class content. Since Flipgrid allows video feedback from teachers, it's great for students who have access to mobile devices. Plus, new updates are always being added, and it's free!
NEARPOD
Nearpod is an online platform that teachers can use to create interactive lessons, quizzes, polls, and even virtual field trips. They are currently offering increased resources and access for educators as well as weekly webinars dedicated to remote learning.
EDMODO
The Edmodo online platform loops in parents as well, providing all-inclusive distance learning. Teachers can send messages, share classroom content, and allow learning materials to be accessible anywhere. They've even launched a distance learning guide for teachers recently!
KAHOOT
This online tool empowers teachers and students to create online games that keep engagement high and drive relevant learning. Teachers can keep instruction going and increase their own productivity levels using Kahoot! Premium, which is currently free. 
WAKELET
Wakelet is a free tool that helps teachers and students organize and share relevant Web content. It could help with keeping up on coronavirus news or keep learning tied to the curriculum as students find, save, and build 'Wakelets' out of curated content!
